Beget

This spell is both a Conjuration and a Necromancy spell.

This spell causes a pregnancy in a living creature (beast, humanoid, monstrosity etc. As long as it is normally able to become pregnant or lay eggs) Unwilling creatures can resist the spell causing it to fail, however any creature with an Intelligence ability score of 4 or below is unlikely to be able to understand what is happening well enough to resist.

The child or children will be a clone of the mother, unless there is another member of that species available at the time the spell is cast which must also be touched during the casting. The other creature that is being used for the other part of the parentage can also choose to resist the effect, which will  not cause the spell to fail, but will instead just cause the child or children to be clones of their mother.

The pregnancy will take its normal course (including the possibility that it fails for all the typical reasons).

This spell can also cause up to 12 unfertilized eggs to become viable and able to be hatched. (The eggs cannot have been dead for more than 24 hours unless preserved by magic.)
