You hurl a magical grapple toward a solid obstacle you can see within range that is at least 10 feet away. The grapple latches onto the surface, anchoring you to it. While the spell is active, you can use your action to swing in a 90-degree arc around the anchor point, up to three times per action. As part of this motion, you can make a ranged weapon attack against a creature you can see within your weapon’s range for each 90-degree turn. You may target the same or different creatures with each attack, as long as you can see them.
If you collide with a creature, another solid object, or take any action other than swinging, the spell ends immediately. When the spell ends, you are left at the position you occupied just before it ended.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You may swing 90 degrees one more time for each spell slot level above 3.
