Arcane Fission

When you are targeted by a spell of 5th Level or lower or magical effect that deals damage, you can use your Reaction to cast this Spell.

If you would take damage, you instead take none. Additionally, your next Attack or Spell is Empowered, and does an amount of additional damage dice equal to the Spell or Magical Effect (I.e. If you suppress a 3rd Level Fireball, your next Spell or Melee Attack will deal an additional 6d6 Fire Damage.)
