The caster calls upon the Arcana to edit the magic within an item. The caster can change the activation word of a magical item they are able to touch. The time and price of the ritual will be decided by the DM based on the item, its value, and the enchantment on the object, as well as the complexity of the new word or phrase being place on the item. Any creature who is attuned to the item or knows the original activation word will have to re-attune or relearn the activation word in order to use the magic item again. The more complex the word or phrase placed on the item the longer the process of learning it will take.
