Chains of Amikiir

You create indestructible chains forged from an unknown alloy. The chains are magically bound and wrap perfectly around any medium or small creature. 

When the spell is cast, the target must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be bound by the chains. The target can only make the Attack action, if the attack is a spell that does not require any form of movement on the casters part. The chains will only drop once the caster has dispelled the spell. Once the spell has ceased, the chains lose their magical properties and become a soft form of iron, and can be easily broken with enough force. If the target ever tries to escape the chains, it will take 1d8 necrotic damage. The caster will then regain hit points equal to half the damage taken. While the spell is in effect, the caster is physically incapable of casting a spell as an attack action.
