Bungee gum

Bungee Gum is a versatile skill that can be used offensively or defensively depending on the creativity of the user.

When the spell is cast there are a series of ways this may be used each way giving its own advantages the player must declare to the player effected when they have trigged the spell effects.

Bungee.

This super elastic magical substance can be attached to anything the caster can see within the spell range. The normal length of the bungee is up to 20ft. The bungee can be stretched to double it's starting length and can move the weight of a medium item up to 50kg or medium sized or smaller humanoid. If attached to a medium or smaller humanoid creature they can roll a Str save equal to the length of the stretched out bungee on a fail the bungee is activated.  When the bungee is activated either by the effected player moving beyond the total limit of the bungee or by the caster, the lighter object will be pulled to the heavier one causing them the collide dealing damage (1D8+ the total length of the bungee when activated and half the weight of the object or the weapon damage dice)

Gum.

This is a highly sticky substance that can be spread over a 20ft square starting from the targeted square. The Str save depends on how far the the gum is spread out.

5ft = Str save of 20

10ft= Str save of 15

20ft=Str save of 10

The spell in either form can be cast to be invisible with a stealth roll higher than the passive perception of the effected player. The caster may choose to reveal the spell at any time they choose however the spell will always become visible with the following conditions are met

When the spell effects are triggered or when the stealth roll is beaten by a perception roll.
