Bubble spray

You spray up to 5 bubbles at a target within range, each dealing 1d4 cold damage. The target must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC, on a failed save the target has disadvantage until the end of its next turn(the target must have eyes for disadvantage to apply), on a successful save the target is not blinded.
