Zailiths arm sparks with a bright blue lighting as he grabs the air as a bolt of lightning forms in his hand and targets a creature to hurl it at. The creature hit makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 Lightning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
