Blighted Parasite

You conjure a small parasite, upon touch it will crawl in the nose or the closest hole of the creature. 

It will eat the host from the inside and inflict 10d6 necrotic and 10d6 piercing damage, and half of that at the end of each of his turn until he uses a action to extract the parasite at the cost of a quarter of his actual HP and a CON saving throw.

If the creature dies while the parasite is still inside, he rises again under your control until the corpses is destroy or until 30 days. It can't be healed.
