All or Nothing

You reach out and touch a creature, willing it to die. If the caster rolls a nat 20, the creature dies. Otherwise, the caster takes a number of d8 equal to the caster's level in damage. The damage ignores all resistances and immunities. The spell can't be counter spelled or stopped by any resistances, including legendary. It can only be countered by a Wish spell. If the spell succeeds, it can't be cast again for a year.
