This spell is a part of The Magistry's Sacred Magic. Sacred Magics have their own specific rules compared to normal spells.

You create an afterimage of yourself to trick the attacking creature within the spell's range. The triggering creature must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or waste their one attack as you teleport behind the creature, provided that it is unoccupied. A creature is immune to this effect if they have truesight or blindsight, which causes the spell to fail.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the attacks the target creature wastes increase by one for each slot level above 3rd. This assumes the creature does not use its attacks on other creatures instead.
