Damage/Effect
Produces a magical, retractable rope from the casters wand. The rope can be directed to latch onto objects or people, and pull them towards the caster, or move them in a desired direction. Rope can extend up to 15ft. When attempting to grab and pull a person, the target must make a DC 14 Dexterity Saving throw or be grappled. While holding someone with this spell, the user cannot cast any other spells until this spell ends. (Can be upcasted to increase the range of the rope by 30ft for each Level above 1st)
