You and six other creatures assume the appearance of another creature of your choice, Within 60ft of you that you can see. This includes any items that they are wearing or carrying. Each creatures affected by the spell can have a different appearance picked. 

Additionally as a bonus action you choose two creatures that you can see that are within 120ft and that are under the effects of the spell, to you to swap their positions. 

To discern that a creature is under the effects of the spell. A creature uses its bonus action to inspect the creature's appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.
