You invoke a wave of nausea and intestinal distress in a creature of your choice within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target is overcome by a violent surge of bodily discomfort, causing it to both defecate and vomit uncontrollably.

• The target is incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
• Afterward, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls, and ability checks requiring Strength or Dexterity for the duration.

At the start of the target's turns, it can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the effect ends.
