Awkward's Curse.

This curse does not need preparation.This curse does not need to be remembered in a spellbook.This curse is an undiscovered Wild Magic.

You have been warned.

 Wild magic is being triggered by laughter or insulting someone in their most dire embarrassment. I two or more spellcasters witness an ally perform a critical failure. Any up to 9 speaking or laughing spellcasters accidentally triggers their highest spell slot performing an unfortunate effect.(Debuff. 1 Highest Level Spell Slot lock for 24 hours to all spell casters within the critically critically failing allies visual sphere.) As the critical failing Ally projects the randomized spell like effects by the accumulated spell levels from chart below. Or roll a d100 .

1 - 20) Target and it's allies within 30 ft now have disadvantage on skill checks for 1day.

21-30) Target and it's allies within 30 ft have disadvantage on hits by enemies from spell like effects plus the (1-20) effects.

31-40) Target and it's allies within 30 ft. Gain negative 4 and disadvantage on persuasion and intimidation checks for 1 day. (-8 if the affected Target or ally rolls another crit failure for the remainder of that day).

41 -50) Target and it's allies within 30 ft. Cannot use their proficiency bonus for 1 day.

51 - 60) Target and it's allies within 30 ft. Become flatulent while speaking for 1 day.

61 - 90) Target and it's allies within 30 ft. Have an altered effect of a balloon shaped head for 1 day. And enemies and NPCs visually within 60 ft must make a difficulty check of 28 + wisdom in order to not fall prone laughing for one turn.

91-100) Target and it's allies within 30 ft. Received all previous listed effects from 1-90.
