A spell so powerful the only creature that harnesses it is the sea god. When cast, whirlpools more powerful than any seen before form 30 ft in every direction around the caster, for every turn, it deals 8d12 force to those within 30 ft of the whirlpool’s center, 10d12 to those within 20 ft of the whirlpool’s center, and 12d12 to those within 10 ft of the whirlpool’s center. once someone enters the whirlpool’s center, they are dealt capital damage and die.
