You transform a willing creature you touch, along with everything it’s wearing and carrying, into a water form for the duration. The spell ends on the target if it drops to 0 hit points or if it takes an action to end the spell on itself.
While in this form, the target’s only method of movement is a swim speed of 30 feet, and it can pass through narrow openings as though it were liquid. The target can enter and occupy the space of another creature. While in liquid form, the target gains the following benefits:
- The target has resistance to nonmagical damage.
- Immunity to the prone condition.
- Advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws.
- It can pass through spaces as small as 1 inch in diameter without squeezing.
The target is treated as a liquid for the purposes of interacting with solid surfaces, such as dripping through grates, cracks, or holes. The target cannot speak or manipulate objects in this form. Any objects it was carrying or holding cannot be dropped, used, or interacted with.
The target also cannot attack or cast spells while in this form.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
