The user has two options they can use this spell for:
Bonus Action - You create something out of your web. It can be any object that can fit within a 2 ft x 2 ft cube. Ask the DM for confirmation so they can approve what you want to make. Tiniia silk is highly flammable, so be careful. The object can last until it's destroyed.
Action - You pick a creature within range and shoot a ball of sticky webbing from your silk glands. This ball lands at the creatures feet and they must make a Strength saving throw. On a fail the silk sticks them to the ground giving them the Restrained condition for 1 minute. On the creature's next turn, it can make another strength saving throw to try and break free.
This racial spell can be used once every long rest.
