As an action, you create a weakened singularity at a point within range, which has an event horizon with a radius of 15 feet. Objects can pass into the event horizon, but they cannot escape it, and things from the outside of the event horizon cannot see or hear anything from within the event horizon. Additionally, no spell, weapon, attack, breath attack, gas, or any similar effect can leave the event horizon. Anything casted or done by a creature in the event horizon will also have no affect outside the event horizon, as it sucks in magic and removes influence from any source. Additionally, any creature within the event horizon is also blinded and deafened, and will lose these conditions upon escaping it.
The event horizon has a constant, irresistable pull- anything within a 120 foot radius surrounding it is pulled 5 feet at the start of its turn towards it, anything within 60 feet is pulled 10 feet per turn, and anything within 30 feet is pulled 15 feet per turn. This includes creatures, unsecured objects, and anything deemed pullable by the DM. Once the object is pulled within the event horizon, it becomes trapped inside and cannot escape until the spell ends. The caster of this spell is immune to this pull. The event horizon also destroys any unsecured objects with a worth under 5 SP (or that the DM determines.)
Additionally, magical teleportation, such as Dimension Door or Misty Step, of any slot level *lower than that of the slot used to create the singularity* will fail to cast if attempted to be used to teleport to a point outside the horizon while within it. The spell slot will not be expended.
If two singularities are within 120 feet of each other, they will slam together and merge at the centerpoint between them, creating a singularity with twice the radius and doubled pull range, which lasts until one singularity ends, after which the remaining one will return to its normal size.
The event horizon is immune to the **Disintegrate** spell, but **dispel magic** of a slot *equal to or higher than* that of the slot used to create the singularity can destroy it.
