Cloths beam

You hold out your spread palm facing someone you can see and call out "cloths beam", as a flash of light beams for your hand harmlessly coating the other person, dressing them with a full set of non magical cloths in the styling of your choice that you can think of or know about.

The cloths you conjure will remain on the target and stay in the martial plane like a normal set of cloths as long as you say "turly my most magical attack" after casting the spell on a target.

The cloths you sommon can be of any value or style, colour, size, marital but never magical or affecting a targets AC.

If the target is already wearing cloths than the new cloths are cast on top of what they are all ready wearing.
