As a reaction you can target a creature writhing 30ft do either of the following reactions

• You can alter the order of the target's action, movement, and bonus action. 
• You can change the the target of a spell cast by a creature by 10ft. If it’s a single target attack there must be another creature within 10 feet the spell can target or this spell fails
