You fill an area with a cacophony of whispers and shifting images, overwhelming the senses. Each creature of your choice in the area must make a Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated as they clutch their ears and shield their eyes from the overwhelming stimuli. Creatures that succeed on the saving throw are instead disoriented, reducing their movement speed by half and imposing disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of their next turn. At the start of its turn, an incapacitated creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
