Butterfly’s Kiss

You summon a shimmering, ethereal butterfly to deliver a delicate kiss to a creature within range. Choose one target you can see within range. The effect depends on the nature of the creature:

• Demon, Fiend, or Undead: The butterfly heals the target with necrotic energy, restoring hit points equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) plus your sorcerer level.
• Other Creatures: The butterfly siphons vitality, dealing necrotic damage equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) plus your sorcerer level.

This cantrip’s damage increases when you reach higher levels: at 5th level, the damage or healing increases by 1d8, at 11th level by 2d8, and at 17th level by 3d8
