You change yourself into a non magical animal, gaining its abilities. When the spell is cast you can choose any non swarm Beast type creature with a Challenge Rating 1/4 or less.

The new form does not require concentration to maintain and the caster assumes all the statistics of the chosen beast while they are in that form, except they keep their mental abilities (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma), Hit Points, alignment and personality.

The caster is limited in the actions they can perform by the nature of their new form, and they can't speak, cast, or concentrate on spells.

The caster's gear melds into the new form. The caster can't activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of their equipment.

The spell ends if the caster ends it as a Bonus Action, is reduced to 0 hit points, or it is dispelled using Dispel Magic or a similar effect.
