You sacrifice a bit of your own blood to power Blood Reaper's next attack. As blood seeps from your eyes and any open wounds, it streams through the air and collects around Blood Reaper's hand, forming a bullet. The more blood sacrificed in this way, the brighter it glows with a sickly green light. Blood Reaper then launches a single shot at the target, dealing 2d10+5 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. If the target fails its saving throw, it suffers the Grievous Wound condition.
Piercing Shot: The bullet travels in a straight line up to 60 feet, piercing every creature on the way. If the bullet hits a solid object, that object takes the same amount of damage, but stops the bullet from traveling further.
Grievous Wound: The affected creature has the Bleed condition for the duration: taking 4d4+3 necrotic damage at the start of every turn.
Blood Sacrifice: Spend and roll a number of hit dice you choose. Add twice the amount shown to the attack.
The Saving Throw DC to resist the Grievous Wound condition is raised by 1 for every hit die you spend in the attack.
