The attacker must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d10 piercing damage and be restrained until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not restrained.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 3rd.
