Chirp

Emits a chirping sound in mimicry of the Paissa chirp, overloading the minds of nearby creatures and causing them to fall asleep. All creatures within a 5 feet of you must make an INT saving throw or be put to sleep for 7 rounds. Sleep works like unconciousness, but ends upon the creature taking damage.
