Creates an aetherial link between you and another target ally. For 2 rounds, you are applied with 'Avail', and the targets is applied with 'Availed'. Whenever damage is dealt to you with 'Avail' active, the damage is instead dealt to your ally applied with 'Availed'. This effect only works if the creatures with 'Avail' and Availed' are within 20 feet of each other.
