Choose a willing creature within 5ft of you that isn't under the effect of a spell from the school of enchantment or any other similar magical effect. You bind the target into a pact. When this spell is cast, you and the target must each sign the contract as the somatic component and the contract magically burns away as the material component. You and the target can perfectly recall all the terms of the contract while the magic is in effect.
When either side fulfills their end of the contract, the spell ends for that creature. Whenever either side violates any of the terms of the contract, that creature drops to 1 hit point, becomes incapacitated and restrained as spectral chains bind the creature, and appears in the nearest unoccupied space of the other creature. The spectral chains ignore immunity to either conditions. When this happens, the spell ends for the other party. The other party can use an action to make the spectral chains disappear, freeing the creature. The chains cannot be removed in any other way.
If both party decides to end the contract within tenday of making the contract or if both party fulfills their end of the contract, the parchment consumed as the material component of the spell reappears in the your hand with its content erased.
The spell fails if you do not provide the material or somatic component.
* - (A parchment stating the terms of the contract worth at least 5000 gp, which the spell consumes)
