You can bless a true believer with unchained robes giving them advantage on converting other NPC's

For a non true believer they must roll a Wisdom save of 10 if they fail the become a true believer on a save they become a skeptic and next turn they roll again and on a 15 wisdom save if they fail they stay a follower on a save they leave your faith.
