When casting you and up 10 creatures within range may be affected by this spell. Any effect that is enacted upon you via supernatural means, (magic, ki, psionics, ect...) that's is not immediately part of an attack roll and doesn't have a saving throw are now given a construction or wisdom saving throw based of the relivent save DC. If the save is made you are immune to those effects for the next 24hrs.

Examples of affects this spell can counter are green flame blades damage to secondary target, booming blades movement damage, wild magic surge affects, certain uses of the wish, detect thoughts, hex, and time stop.
