Belch

You choose a target within 30 feet of you to begin belching uncontrollably for 1 minute.  The target becomes speechless, rolls social interactions at disadvantage, and if not Silenced automatically fails new and ongoing stealth checks .   

A successful CON saving throw prevents this effect.  Any spell or effect which would remove the incapacitated condition can also cancel this spell's effects.

At Higher Levels:  The number of targets changes to nd4, where n is the spell level cast.  Each target gets its own saving throw.  The duration becomes 1 minute per level.
