Create a Line of ethereal waters that is 30 feet long and 10 feet wide  extending from a point you can see within range. For the duration of the spell, when a creature passes through the Line, its Speed increases by 10 feet until the start of its next turn. A creature can only benefit from this bonus once per turn.
