Blaze

Hurls a frozen blaze at a target in range. On hit, the target takes cold damage equal to 4d6 plus your spellcasting modifier. Additionally, all creatures within a 15 feet of the target must make a CON saving throw or take 3d4 cold damage. On miss or successful save, creatures still take half damage.
