A stream of roaring black and green, black and white, or black and red flame (Players choice) 30 feet long and 5 feet wide in the form of an eastern dragon erupts from your hand in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 fire damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. On a natural 20, you may add your Charisma modifier to the total damage roll.
Upon its first use, the creature who evoked the spell receives half the total rolled damage regardless of resistance. After that, the spell cannot be used again until 3 long rests. If the amount of damage received by the creature that casts the spell is equal to or greater than the number of hit points remaining, the hit points will fall to 1.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a pact slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 2nd, the range increases to 120 ft, and add your Charisma to the total.
