world cutting slash

a slash cleaving the world itself bypassing all barriers to hit the target. to cast the spell the user must chant the words to use it other wise they cannot use it.

A creature in range makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 20d20+20 slashing damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
