You utter a cursed incantation, invoking a horrific death upon a creature within range. Choose one creature you can see within 60 feet that has 100 hit points or fewer. The creature does not make a saving throw. Instead, its body is wracked with unimaginable agony as its muscles twist and writhe violently.
The creature feels every fiber of its body move like worms burrowing through soil, until every muscle tears itself free from the bone. This grotesque process deals enough necrotic damage to kill the target outright. If the target is immune to necrotic damage, it takes psychic damage instead.
A creature killed by this spell is left as a mangled, twisted corpse. The remains cannot be restored to life by any means short of a *wish* spell.
Undead, constructs, and creatures with more than 100 hit points are unaffected by this spell
