Breath of Death

With a guttural incantation, you exhale a torrent of necrotic energy in a 30-foot cone. All creatures in the area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 17 save for half). On a failed save, they take 10d8 necrotic damage and are frightened for 1 minute. On a successful save, they take half as much damage and are not frightened.

The air reeks of decay as the life force of those caught in the blast is sapped away, leaving an eerie silence in its wake.
