Candy Cane

Conjures a rainfall of candy on a target within range. The target must make a DEX saving throw or take 5d6 force damage. All creatures within a 10 feet of the target must make a DEX saving throw or take force damage equal to 2d6 plus your spellcasting modifier. Additionally, on a failed save, creatures hit are applied with 'Sugared' until the end of next round; this reduces STR and DEX by 10%. Creatures still take half damage on a successful save. You also regain a level 1 spell slot.
