Chromatic Flare

You open your hand to create a surge of energy at a target within range. Choose Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Poison for the type of flare you create, and then make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 damage of the chosen type.

Upon Contact it errupts straight up from the position the enemy dealing an addtional 1d6 after an initial roll of 18 for INT.  (it does not leap form person to person, single target only)
