The caster and another creature commit to a mutual oath, in which both parties must be willing participants. The full commitments of the oath must be spoken by the caster during the casting, with both parties in physical contact for the entirety of the casting. The commitments of the oath must be physically possible to perform/maintain from the time of casting. If either party becomes unwilling during the casting of the spell, if the two parties lose physical contact during the casting of the spell, or if the commitments of the oath are not physically possible, then the spell fails.
The consequences of breaking the oath may be selected by the player, but must be judged, by the DM, to not be more powerful than the following (all of which may be removed by a wish spell or a remove curse spell of equal or higher spell level of the casting of this spell):
The breaker of the oath becomes exhausted at the 4th level (if not already exhausted further);
The breaker of the oath becomes blinded and deafened;
The breaker of the oath has a random ability reduced by 1d6+1 (1d6+2 if cast at 8th level, 1d6+3 if cast at 9th level);
The breaker of the oath loses up to 50,000 gp of magical items, having them cast into a pocket dimension. These items can only be reclaimed by using a wish spell (magic such as plane shift will not take the player to said plane).
