Wowngle's Completely Unnecessary Spontaneous Explosion

Upon making gesture for an explosion and saying/shouting KABOOM, KA-BEEM, or another similarly goofy explosion sound, a completely unnecessary explosion will occur from the caster.

This explosion deals 5d6+5 fire damage, and effects a 30ft. sphere around the caster. All creatures, whether hostile or friendly, must make a DEX save equal to the caster's spellcasting modifier.

The explosion appears as any medium-sized explosion that the caster would like.

The explosion deals 2d6 more damage for each spell slot level used above 3rd level.
