You conjure a mass of viscous, dripping black void matter and hurl it toward a creature within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, the black ichor clings to them, rapidly dissolving flesh and armor alike.
- On a failed save, the target takes 3d6 acid damage and suffers a -2 penalty to AC until the end of your next turn as the void matter erodes their defenses.
- On a successful save, they take half damage and avoid the AC penalty.
As long as the spell is active, you may use your bonus action to cause the void matter to pulse and eat further into the target’s form, dealing 1d6 acid damage per turn. If the target dies while affected, their body melts into an inky puddle, leaving only equipment behind.
