Bubble of Joy and Delight

As a bonus action, summon a bubble which hovers over your palm. You can move it with your thoughts, though no further than 6 inches from your hand and no closer than 1 centimeter. This bubble is a thin, hollow sphere of a red liquid, and has a radius of 4 inches. When touched, the bubble bursts, releasing a dazzling array of swirling harmless red, blue and green sparkles, a soft red glow, and a soft red and purple mist. The creature who touched it will experience joy and delight and comfort, along with wonder and contentment. The effects last 6 seconds before fading away over the next 6
