Choose one creature you can see within range. A blizzard cloud hovers and snow falls above the target's head.

The target must make a Constituion Saving Throw. They take 8d6 Cold damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

The cloud remains hovering over the target's head for the spell’s duration. At the end of each of their turns, the target repeats the Saving Throw. They take 4d6 Cold damage on a failed save and the Spell ends on a successful one.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 3.
