Aska's Ether Touch (revised)

You form a pact with nature. For the duration of the spell, up to one creature within view must succeed on a wisdom saving throw against your spell save dc as they feel natures wrathful touch smothering the targets senses and body.

Successful save: The target takes 1d6 force damage and gets the despondent condition until the end of its next turn. The spell then ends.

Failed save:  the target takes 2d10 force damage and is despondent until the spell ends, each turn the target takes 3d6 poison damage. If the target dies from this spell, the target is revived as a chaotic neutral Foxin that has the Variant: Domesticated Foxin trait loss.
