Alastair's Aura of Madness

For the duration, you emit an aura in a 30-foot Emanation. When any other creature starts its turn within the aura, that creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw, or it must immediately take the attack action, making one melee attack against a random creature it can see, within reach, and end its turn. If it can see no creatures within reach, it makes a ranged attack against a random creature, within range, that it can see, throwing its weapon if necessary, and ends its turn.
