Basic Nourishment

You invoke the bounty of nature, calling forth a basic spread of food that appears before you. This meal is simple, filling, and nourishing, consisting of dense bread, fresh sweet-water, and an assortment of fruits, nuts, and grains. It provides enough sustenance to fully feed up to four creatures for 24 hours, satisfying their hunger but offering little enjoyment—the taste is nondescript, the texture unremarkable, and the experience entirely functional.

Each creature who partakes of the meal gains enough nourishment for a full day and recovers one level of exhaustion (if they have at least level 1 exhaustion). The food spoils if not consumed within 8 hours of being conjured.

However, the magic of the spell refines the meal’s quality and taste when cast at higher levels. Doing so requires additional mistletoe leaves, symbolic of the greater magic used to enhance the food.
