You surround yourself with a spectral avatar, usually a set of armor or a representation of your chosen deity. Your size is treated as if it was one size category higher (such as Medium to Large). Your size is doubled in all dimensions, though your weight remains the same. You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, and force damage, and advantage on Strength checks and saving throws, as well as checks and saving throws for the spellcasting ability with which you cast this spell.
If you cast the spell Spiritual Weapon while this spell is active, you can manifest it as a weapon in your avatar's hand. If you do so, you can use your bonus action to make a melee spell attack as described in that spell, but instead on a creature within 10 feet of you. Additionally, you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 when attacking with your Spiritual Weapon.
While this spell is active, if you know the spell Shield, and have a spell slot with which to cast it, you can cast it as a bonus action. The first time you cast Shield while this spell is active, it manifests as a spectral shield in your avatar's hand. Its duration is changed to last as long as this spell is active. You cannot cast Shield again while it is active in this way. Additionally, while Shield is active, you gain immunity to force damage.
If you have this spell, Spiritual Weapon, and Shield all active at the same time, you can attack twice with the Spiritual Weapon as a bonus action instead of once. Additionally, Shield's AC bonus is treated as 5+your proficiency bonus.
