Aesir's Spell Reflection

You attempt to replicate a spell that you see another creature cast. If a creature casts a spell of 2nd or lower with a casting of time of 1 Action or 1 Bonus Action, you may replicate the spell, casting it as though you cast the same spell.  You may decide how and where to use the spell. If the spell is of 3rd level or higher, this spell has no effect.

At higher levels. If you cast this spell at 3rd level or higher, you may replicate spells equal to or less than the level at which you cast.
